When it comes to finding Personal Trainers it really comes to how much they actually want to work in the industry. We see a lot of Personal Trainers who realise it isn’t as easy as they thought and give up pretty quickly. Knowledge and experience also play a massive part. We aren’t keen on having Personal Trainers fresh out of school as they don’t always have the necessary tools to approach certain clients and their training needs.
